What does it cost?
Section titled “What does it cost?”Vigia is free. You only pay for Jev usage with your own key: $0.042 per million input tokens, and output is free. A busy night of chat usually costs cents. See Your keys.
What does it ask for on Twitch?
Section titled “What does it ask for on Twitch?”Reading and sending chat, deleting messages, timeouts and bans, and seeing your mods. Permanent bans are always a person’s call.
What if Jev gets it wrong?
Section titled “What if Jev gets it wrong?”Vigia only acts when the probability clears your threshold, and anything in between goes to Uncertain for a mod to decide. You also start in observe mode. See How it decides.
Do I need my own Twitch app?
Section titled “Do I need my own Twitch app?”Only to moderate your channel. It’s free and takes a few minutes to create. To try Vigia with “Just watch a channel”, a Jev key is enough.
What does Jev see of my chat?
Section titled “What does Jev see of my chat?”The text of each message and its context, never usernames. See Privacy.
Does it work in Spanish?
Section titled “Does it work in Spanish?”Yes. The app, the bot and the docs are in English and Spanish. Jev is less confident in Spanish, so expect more messages in Uncertain.
Can I use it without the desktop app?
Section titled “Can I use it without the desktop app?”Yes, with Docker, on a server, or from the command line.
